The Fragrance

Rivalité Impériale plays on this contrast, between warmth and coolness, softness and character, with something almost authoritative in its construction. From the opening, the impact is sharp, almost cutting. A vibrant freshness immediately confronts warmer notes, creating a direct and straightforward sensation of a duel. Then, the fragrance gains density. The materials become deeper, more textured, with woody, spicy, and slightly amber accents. Over time, Rivalité Impériale settles into a darker, more structured base. The warmth sets in, but retains a certain rigidity, like a contained force. The signature is distinct, elegant, and persistent, with a true impression of character.

The brand

Plume Impression is a Parisian brand born from a love story between two people: Sabine, Austrian, and Gabriel Chami, French, who had long been involved in the luxury industry with a particular passion for fragrances. Together for over nineteen years, they built a brand in their image: seemingly light, but driven by a true inner strength. The symbol of the feather came to Sabine one day when she observed a small white feather drifting freely above her, guided by an invisible intention. This moment defined everything the house seeks to convey: freedom, sophistication, character, without ever trying to follow trends. Each perfume is born from a specific memory, a shared journey, an emotion that the two founders wanted to capture in a trail. To give body to these intimate images, Sabine and Gabriel entrust their projects to demanding perfumers, including Quentin Bisch, Mark Buxton, and Jordi Fernandez, with the sole instruction to respect the original emotion. The house seeks neither omnipresence nor volume. Fragrance after fragrance, it builds a coherent universe where refinement does not crush personality, and where elegance remains vibrant.
