The Fragrance

Momona offers a soft, elegant, and easy-to-wear signature, with true emotional depth. From the opening, one perceives a fruity and delicately sweet facet, with a juicy yet very clean sensation. The overall impression is bright, almost tender, with an immediate sense of softness. Then, the fragrance evolves into a creamier and more enveloping heart, where the texture becomes rounder and more comfortable, while maintaining its lightness. Over time, Momona settles on the skin with a soft and slightly musky base. The fragrance becomes more soothing, more intimate, with a signature that remains close to the skin. The base is elegant, discreet, and slightly gourmand, leaving a feeling of comfort and softness.

The brand

Parfums d'Elmar is a Swiss brand founded by Elmar Métry, whose family crest adorns the logo of every bottle. His initial ambition was to create a house where luxury would not be a marketing promise but a material reality: the rarest ingredients, the highest concentration, and the most meticulously crafted object possible. The brand's technical singularity lies in its 35% concentration of perfumed essences, which it calls the Quintessence de Parfum. Where a classic perfume extract ranges between 20 and 30%, Parfums d'Elmar pushes this logic to its extreme to guarantee a deep and long-lasting presence on the skin. To compose these creations, the brand collaborated with Mark Buxton, born in England, trained in Hamburg, and based in Paris, where he has been in love with the city for over twenty years. Author of the very first Comme des Garçons perfume in 1994, and having signed for Givenchy, Cartier, Paco Rabanne, and Le Labo, Buxton is known for his motto: "Simplicity is the ultimate degree of luxury." His style, characterized by short and concentrated formulas where every note has a purpose, directly resonates with Elmar Métry's demanding standards. The bottles themselves are cut from hand-polished crystal, topped with gold-plated caps adorned with over 360 crystals.
