Carbonara opens with a salty and slightly spicy impression, with an almost fatty effect, immediately reminiscent of something culinary. Then the fragrance becomes creamier, with a round and enveloping texture, like a warm sauce, but crafted in an abstract way. Over time, the overall scent becomes softer and melts, with woody and musky notes that smooth the composition and make it more wearable. The salty aspect remains present but more integrated, creating a unique sensation on the skin. It is a conceptual, original, and audacious perfume that plays on a salty gourmandise very rare in perfumery.

Lorenzo Pazzaglia comes from the kitchen. A chef by trade, he learned where others wouldn't have looked: the harmony of contrasts, the balancing of textures, how an ingredient can disrupt an equilibrium. His first laboratory was the kitchen, where he developed a sense of subtle balances. This intuitive approach naturally transferred into the world of perfumery.
